Today is a busy day so I’m gonna make this quick - link here to sign up for a super fun dance class I’m co-hosting with Popography NYC next Tues, 10/25 at 7 PM!
As some (or most) of you may know, I was once a dancer (ballet, tap, jazz etc) and while getting hit by a car sorta sidelined my Broadway dreams, I can still dance and it’s truly one of my favorite outlets for basically anything I’m feeling. It’s also just my favorite way to work out because I don’t FEEL like I’m working out.

I discovered Popography not long ago, and it really speaks to the power of manifesting because I had always wanted someone to create a dance class where you just learn music video choreography. AND HERE WE ARE. That’s exactly what Popography is all about. The classes are not too big (yet) and everyone is just there to learn and have fun. Marissa (founder & teacher) makes the choreo super easy to follow, so you do not need any professional dance training. I promise. Everyone in the class is friendly and has mixed levels of experience. SO, now that you have some background on it all, I wanted to invite you to join me for a dance class (and snacks after) on 10/25 at 7 PM! We will be learning the choreography from MJ’s Thriller for Halloween and I am THE MOST excited. Easily one of my favorite music videos ever. Please see below if, for some weird reason, you’ve never seen it.
I’ve shared some videos on social before from Popography classes and always get people asking if I’d ever host one so, now’s your chance! I’d love for you guys to join. Men and women take this class, by the way, so it’s not just for the ladies. We’re in 2022 now. Embrace your inner Fred (and Ginger).
